When Molly’s mother marries Dave, Molly, her mother, younger brother Michael, Dave, and Dave’s emotionally disturbed daughter Heather, move to the country to live in a renovated church. Both Michael and Molly are afraid of the graveyard on the property, but Heather is drawn to the graveyard and the spirit of Helen who died in a fire. With Helen’s help, Heather is able to terrify Molly. Helen also persuades Heather into dangerous situations and despite her dislike for her new step-sister Molly saves Heather’s life. Heather’s secrets as well as Helen’s secrets are uncovered through a near death experience.
